All returned items must be clean, unused, and in the same condition as when they were dispatched from our warehouse, with all original tags attached. Items returned in a worn, damaged condition will not be accepted, and the return request will be refused. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense. 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is received damaged or faulty. In cases of damage or fault, photographic evidence will be required before a return or refund can be approved.
